About
With IAN+A since 2002, Mr. Holz has served as Project Manager the past 10 years and managed several projects ranging from tenant interiors renovations for CBRE, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, to capital improvement projects at Williams Tower and CityWest Place Campus, to larger new construction projects for Rice University and Cheniere Energy. Mr. Holz started in the construction services department assisting with MEP systems commissioning at the Hilton Americas Hotel, and then transitioned to mechanical design working on several projects including the Sysco Office Campus, ConocoPhillips Reception/Fitness Center, Statoil Restack, and BP Helios Plaza among others.

This five building campus will help American Airlines move into the 21st century and accommodate the increase in headcount after the merger with USAir. The campus is 100% open plan and features underfloor air distribution systems throughout, a 5,000 ton central plant with expansion capabilities for a future building, 4kV, 12kV and 25kV primary electrical distribution systems and a very complex fire alarm and atrium smoke control system.View Project
