BBVA Compass Plaza

This building contains the BBVA Corporate Headquarters and houses executive offices, executive dining, a private banking center, a retail banking facility, as well as an employee cafe and high-end fitness facility. In consolidating three locations into a new tower in Houston’s Uptown district, Spanish banking giant BBVA Compass built an innovative workspace that would encourage employee interaction. The resulting office space is a completely open-plan, with large areas on each floor offering various types of seating. Advanced technology and a raised-floor system allow employees to work just about anywhere.
