The campus features a many amenities, including a fitness center, café, and conference center. SWN is a growing energy company focused mostly on natural gas exploration and production, therefore one unique feature of the project is a Combined Heating and Power (CHP) plant. The CHP uses natural gas to drive and electric generator. Waste heat from the generator is used to create chilled water. Both the chilled water and electricity generated by the CHP is used to power the facilities data center.
