With IAN+A since 2000, Mr. Leach has managed mechanical design of new call centers for Verizon and Shell; trading floors for Chase; and tenant renovations at 1100 Louisiana, One and Two Shell Plaza, Three Allen Center and the Shell Information Center. Prior to joining I.A. Naman + Associates, Leach provided mechanical designs and energy studies for university, K-12 school, hospital, laboratory, clean room and airport terminal projects.
