Construction Administration efforts are handled by our Construction Services group. Construction Services (CS) is charged with providing construction administration functions for all projects. The goal of CS is to ensure that our Client receives value for the capital invested. This is accomplished by the consistent interpretation and enforcement of the Contract Documents and keeping the project team regularly informed of any observed variations.
The constant churning and tracking of paperwork during construction is greatly reduced by the use of our proprietary systems. CS works closely with the contractor during construction and monitors all MEP installations and observes all testing giving the Owner the comfort of knowing that the facility is functioning as designed.
