Our core services are the design and construction administration of MEP systems in buildings – it’s what we do every day. We utilize our core expertise to assist owners, operators, tenants and contractors in resolving issues related to possible errors, omissions and defects that occasionally arise during construction projects.
Since we practice or oversee the performance of many of the same design and construction activities on a continual basis, we are up to speed on the relevant standard of care and can offer our insight and opinions in an attempt to resolve disputes.
