Architect — HOK
Data Center and Data Recovery Center: 10,000 Data Center and 30,000 sf Data Recovery Center in existing 250,000 sf tilt wall warehouse type building. Data center and support spaces served by two 350-ton air cooled chillers with space for two future chillers in N+1 configuration. CRAHUs for air distribution is near Tier 4 resiliency only lacking parallel redundant piping path. 2000 kW diesel generator with 36-hour fuel storage and space for future 2000kw unit. UPS systems are fully redundant and serve dual corded rack mounted equipment thru redundant PDUs. Fire suppression is primarily FM-200 with double interlocked pre – action as back up.
