This project includes multiple buildings: 320,000 sf, 12-story office building, 200,000 sf, 8-story office building, 100,000 sf, 2-story amenities building, including data center and food service, and 7-level and 4-level parking garages. The work involved a complete renovation of the existing 200,000 sf building and adding two new office towers, an amenities building and two parking garages. The mechanical systems are series fan variable air volume with 47 degree primary air on the renovation and under floor supply air delivery (UFAD). We are capturing rain water to use for condenser water make up and other innovations to save energy. USGBC 2008 Environmental Building Award for Outstanding Environmental Team.
