Shell Woodcreek Campus Expansion Wins 2008 HBJ Landmark Award. The work involved a new 6-story, 400,000 sf building and some modifications to the campus to accommodate the new building. The primary mechanical system is under floor supply air delivery (UFAD). There are series fan variable volume systems serving some areas such as the main lobby.
