With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Sparks has been a member of the I.A. Naman team since 1977, his technical expertise encompasses a broad spectrum, ranging from corporate and hospitality to industrial and medical projects. Sparks’ experience includes the Hilton Americas-Houston, Shell Woodcreek Office Building and Sysco Headquarters Expansion.
