William Marshall has 32 years of MEP experience in the design, construction and commissioning of commercial projects for both public and private sectors. He has completed the design and construction administration of interrelated projects at Bush IAH. His design and successful commissioning of Bush IAH Projects 424A and 424B has allowed, for the first time, adequate and reliable cooling/heating to the terminals.
