About
Mr. Clark has been with IAN+A since 1998. Dave’s experience has run the gamut from commercial and retail projects to educational and religious facilities. He has managed mechanical design for the Hilton Americas Hotel in Houston, Aspen Lakes and La Cantera Westridge in Austin, Texas, ConocoPhillips, Crosstown Center in Tampa, Florida and the American Airlines Trinity Campus. He is actively involved with the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Mr. Clark is a Past President of the local Houston Chapter of ASPE, and is involved on the national society level as well. Outside the office Mr. Clark is an avid golfer and overall sports fan. He also spends a lot of his time with his wife and three daughters.
Project Contributions
This five building campus will help American Airlines move into the 21st century and accommodate the increase in headcount after the merger with USAir. The campus is 100% open plan and features underfloor air distribution systems throughout, a 5,000 ton central plant with expansion capabilities for a future building, 4kV, 12kV and 25kV primary electrical distribution systems and a very complex fire alarm and atrium smoke control system.View Project
